Ward Music Planning Helps

For those of who are serving as Ward Music Coordinators, here are the documents I made that help me keep organized!

The first is a year-long look at musical numbers. This helps me see the big picture and write in holidays or Fast Sundays when musical numbers won't be needed. I keep it at the very front of my binder and write everything in pencil because changes always come up!

After my year-long musical number paper, I have 3 tabs that are used for the upcoming three months. The first paper I have behind a tab is the one below, that keeps track of all the music for that month. And then I include any sheet music, copies, etc. in that section that pertain to that month. Then I repeat the same with the following months.

The second file that I mentioned is this monthly page for all of the Sacrament Meeting Music. This includes the opening/sacrament/closing hymn plus a spot for adding a musical number or congregational hymn. If there is not a 5th Sunday that month, I just scribble out the 5th Sunday on the bottom.
